Q: What products can be packaged in spout pouches?
A: Spout pouches are ideal for liquid and semi-liquid products including: beverages (juice, smoothies, wine), sauces and condiments, cooking oil, honey and syrup, baby food, detergent and cleaning products, shampoo and lotion, and dietary supplements.

Q: What spout sizes are available?
A: We offer spout diameters from 4mm (for thin liquids like honey) to 22mm (for thick products like sauces or chunks). The most popular sizes are 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. We’ll recommend the best spout size based on your product viscosity.

Q: Can spout pouches be used for hot-fill products?
A: Yes, we can manufacture spout pouches suitable for hot-fill applications (up to 95°C). The material structure must be specified for hot-fill compatibility during ordering. Please inform us about your filling process and temperature requirements.

Q: What is the MOQ for custom spout pouches?
A: The standard MOQ for custom spout pouches is 10,000 pieces. Stock spout pouches without custom printing may be available in lower quantities. Contact us for specific availability.

Q: Do spout pouches need a degassing valve?
A: A degassing valve is recommended for carbonated beverages, fermented products, and coffee products that release gas after packaging. For most still liquids (juice, water, oil, sauces), a degassing valve is not necessary.

Q: What cap options are available for spout pouches?
A: Cap options include: standard screw cap (most common), flip-top cap (convenient single-hand use), push-pull cap (sport drinks), and child-resistant cap (for household chemicals or medications). All caps are available in multiple colors.
