Custom packaging products are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of design files, dimensions, materials, and other specifications before production begins. Changes to orders after production has started may incur additional charges.

3.3 Samples

Product samples are provided for evaluation purposes only. Sample specifications may differ from mass production due to scaling, material batch variations, or production processes. Sample results do not guarantee identical mass production outcomes.

4. Quotations and Orders

4.1 Quotations

All quotations provided through our Website, email, or other communication channels are valid for the period specified in the quotation (typically 30 days) unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to:

• Confirmation of product specifications
• Current material costs at the time of order
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ)

4.2 Order Process

The general order process is as follows:

1. Inquiry: Customer submits product requirements via our inquiry form, email, or other contact methods.
2. Quotation: We provide a detailed quotation based on the customer’s requirements.
3. Design Confirmation: Customer confirms design files and specifications.
4. Sample Approval: Customer approves pre-production samples (if applicable).
5. Production: Upon receipt of deposit/payment and final confirmation, production begins.
6. Delivery: Finished products are shipped according to agreed terms.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are in the currency specified in the quotation unless otherwise agreed. Prices do not include shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods (subject to the specific terms agreed in each order):

• Bank Transfer (T/T)
• Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Other methods as mutually agreed

5.2 Payment Schedule

Standard payment terms for custom orders:

• Deposit: 30% of the total order value upon order confirmation
• Balance: 70% before shipment or as otherwise agreed in writing

5.3 Late Payment

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to delay or suspend production and shipment without liability. Interest may be charged on overdue payments at a rate of 0.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery Terms

Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) are as specified in the order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedule, order complexity, and logistics conditions.

6.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or as specified in the agreed shipping terms (e.g., FOB — upon loading onto the vessel at the port of shipment).

6.3 Customs and Import

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, taxes, and regulatory compliance in the destination country. We will provide necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) to support customs clearance.

7. Quality and Returns

7.1 Quality Standards

All products are manufactured in accordance with our quality management system (ISO 9001 certified) and applicable industry standards. Materials used comply with food-contact regulations (FDA, EU food contact, etc.) as specified for each product.

7.2 Claims and Returns

• Non-Custom Products: Claims for defects or non-conformity must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by photographic evidence. We will assess claims and, if valid, offer replacement or credit.
• Custom Products: Due to the customized nature of made-to-order packaging, returns are generally not accepted unless the product does not conform to the confirmed specifications. Claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
